Break: 9:00AM-9:15AM
Lunch: 12:00-12:30
Cleanup: 2:20PM
End Time: 2:30PM

PLEASE NOTE ALL EMPLOYEES MUST HAVE THEIR DRUG SCREEN CHAIN OF CUSTODY IN ORDER TO ENTER THE SITE FOR ORIENTATION.

Start times are in your assigned work area with your tools on! 
Quitting times are leaving your work area. 
Pick up is 10 minutes before quitting time & everyone helps everyone else.
9 Panel Drug Screen & Orientation are required prior to access to site.

We need to all remember that Safety, Productivity and Quality are all importantin order for us to complete our work, make the company profitable so that we can continue to be competitive and go home to our friends and family. Each employee should be constantly evaluating what they are doing and balancing those priorities. Remember: 30-30-30/ Every 30 miniutes, stop for 30 seconds, look around 30 feet and understand what is around you.


Report ANY unsafe conditions to your supervisor. We will adhere to all company & safety policies, also OSHA standard in temporary electric & general safety requirements.

Report ALL injuries to your FOREMAN or project supervisor IMMEDIATELY

Housekeeping/clean-up will be required by ALL employees on a daily basis.

Each employee will have a current pretask card on their person at all times while on duty and the corporate challenging policy will be followed.


ALL SAFETY POLICIES ARE ENFORCED ON THIS SITE!
All employees will be required to take a drug screen.
Orientation is 7:30am on the first day, employees are expected to be there at least 15 minutes early and must have their chain of custody for their drug screen with them, or they will not be admitted into the job site.
MSDS information is available at the jobsite trailer.
Safety glasses, hard hats, and warning vests are to be worn at all times on the jobsite.
100% natural fiber clothing is  recommended and sleeves must go to at least the elbow. Boots with safety toes are also required.

Energized work may only be done by qualified personnel after an Energized Work Permit has been approved by site management and the Director of Education and Loss Prevention.


Keep personal tools on site or in gang boxes at your own risk.

All tools need to be returned to carrying cases, along with their accessories and operators manual and placed in the the gang box in their cases.

Gang boxes need to be kept closed and unused tools put away.

Safety meetings are at office trailer on Tuesday mornings.

PSL EPSS Site Specific Rules
        Meeting Area is the E Light Trailer on N. High Street
        Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 6:00a.m. Until =2:30 p.m. 
.       Food and snacks are not allowed within the facility other than at designated lunch area..   
        Drinks other than water must be in an enclosed cup or bottle with a secure lid. Water will be provided.
        Smoking is not permitted on the Hospital Campus. Smoking only allowed during break time.
        Punctuality and attendance is as follows for every worker on site including service and fire alarm techs:
        You must call in before 6:00a.m. If no answer, call again and leave a voice mail. Text Messages will not count as a call in and will result in no call            no show.     Colby Young (720)584-7633
-          1 tardy/absence allowed (3 month period)
-          2 or more times is a counseling statement (3 month period)
-          3 or more times is a 3 day suspension (3 month period)
-          4 or more times is a trip to the shop (3 month period)
            Sick absences is as follows:
-          3 or more sick days requires a doctor’s note with no consequence.
-          If you arrive at work and are sick, you may be sent home with no consequence, due to working in a hospital environment.
           Requesting Days off/ To leave early:
-          2 week notice minimum
-          Anything within the two week notice will be under advisement of the Superintendent/Foreman. Colby Young
            PPE is to be worn at ALL TIMES:
-          Safety Glasses
-          Safety Vest with E Light LOGO
-          Cut Resistant Gloves (If E Light didn’t give it to you, then you don’t use it)
-          Hard Hat with E Light LOGO
         CORRECT TOOL BELTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WITH PROPER TOOLS FOR THE TASK AT HAND. The employee with the right              tools will get to do the cool jobs. No tools equals no work.
        Phone: usage for anything other than work is prohibited and will follow under the stipulation as punctuality and attendance above.
        Music: Listening to music is allowed while working but earbuds must be used and only one may be in your ear at a time. No listening to music             on a speaker and if music impedes your work or causes a safety issue, you will be forced to put it away until allowed to use again.
        Cleanliness: You are to keep your own work area clean. Leave the area you worked in as it was when you arrived or better. Cleanliness is                     EXTREMELY important while working in active and non-active areas of this hospital. Failure to do so will result in you becoming the site clean-         up person for the day until you learn cleanliness. Habitual offenses will result in a write up or further disciplinary actions.
        Boots and clothes must be clean and free of mud and debris.
       No profanity or offensive language allowed.
       All workers must yield to facility workers and patients. If confrontation arises between either, do not engage. Notify supervisor immediately.
       Employee with hint of alcohol or marijuana will be sent home and Safety director will be notified.
       We are a team. We start the day together, we end the day together. We do not leave for the day until all employees are accounted for, all tools          are put away and gang boxes locked.

RECORD DOCUMENTS:
During construction, the contractor shall maintain at the job site a set of updated construction documents for the singular purpose of recording changes as job progresses.  All record drawings shall be completed in erasable pencil.  These changes shall be updated weekly.
Revisions to the Contract Documents shall be legible and shall be prepared using the following color scheme:
1. Red shall indicate new items, deviations and routing.
2. Green shall indicate items removed or deleted.  DO NOT USE WHITE-OUT!
3. Blue shall be used for relevant notes and descriptions.
Your foreman will provide you with the following: tools, materials, layout & a safe work environment. If you feel you are missing any of these items, see the foreman personally.
