Start times are in your assigned work area with your pretask card and ready for stretch and flex and JHA briefing.
Quitting times are leaving your work area.
Pick-up is 15 minutes before quitting time & everyone helps everyone else. All tools must be returned to their case or shadow wall.
REMEMBER: WE ARE A TEAM!
If we are storing material that is not for an active prefabrication order, we are doing wrong.

SAFETY BALANCE OF PRIORITIES
We need to all remember that Safety, Productivity, and Quality are all important in order for us to complete our work and make the company profitable so that we can continue to be competitive and go home to our friends and family. Each employee should be constantly evaluating what they are doing and balancing those priorities.
Remember: 30-30-30/ Every 30 minutes, stop for 30 seconds, look around 30 feet and be AWARE of your surroundings.

At the end of the shift, before leaving, each employee to check to make sure all trash cans are empty, every tool is put away, trash cans are inside, pallet jacks are inside, pallets are stacked neatly, trash is picked up off the floor, and trash is picked up out back.
A disorganized storage system and material area is a sign of disorganized shop and work force. Every employee is responsible for keeping everything organized and neat. We will not have a disorganized work force. If you are not a neat and organized person and you cannot keep work areas and storage areas neat and organized, this is not the organization for you.
Report ANY unsafe conditions to your supervisor. We will adhere to all company & safety policies, also OSHA Standards for temporary electric & general safety requirements.
Report ALL injuries to your FOREMAN or project supervisor IMMEDIATELY.
Housekeeping/clean-up will be required by ALL employees on a daily basis. Everything must be returned to its place and floors swept and the outside entrance area swept. The printer and large screen must be covered and all tables cleared and organized.
Each employee will have a current pre-task card on their person at all times while on duty and the corporate challenging policy will be followed.
At the end of each shift or task, all trash must be picked up and thrown away, all tools must be returned to their case or their shadow wall. NO EXCEPTIONS. All floors swept, all trash cans emptied and the back area picked up and swept up. The kitchen wiped down and the coffee pots turned off and placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher ran.
All tools must be returned to their storage location and put back in their cases.
Safety glasses and warning vests are to be worn at all times on the job site.
100% natural fiber clothing is recommended and sleeves must go to at least the elbow.
Footwear must be sturdy work boots.
ALL ENERGIZED WORK MUST BE DONE BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL AFTER RECEIVING WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
Superintendent
Project Manager
Department Director
Director of Education and Loss Prevention
Keep personal tools on-site or in gang boxes at your own risk. Your personal tools are not covered by E Light's insurance; we recommend you take your personal tools home with you each night.
All company-supplied tools need to be returned to carrying cases before being placed in the gang box for storage each day.
Gang boxes need to be kept closed and unused tools put away.
Stretch and Flex shall be conducted before each work shift.
There is a place for everything and everything has its place. You are responsible for putting everything back in its place when you are done with it.
Do not leave empty or partially full bottles of water laying around.
Do not do work assigned to you without a JHA briefing. If you did not get a JHA briefing, ask your supervisor.

Employees are required to report the quantities completed by them accurately to the prefab supervisor each day. Employees are expected to know the pace they are to be produced for each item they working on. If you do not know for that day, ask the prefab supervisor.
Employees are expected to log into and out of WorkMax for each specific project, they are working on.
